What are your favorite things about working with Project FARE?
I love helping to tell the stories of all the amazing farmers and food establishments in Idaho.

What Idaho restaurant (or coffee shop, bar, farm, etc.) would you recommend to Project FARE readers?
The Roosevelt Market.

What's a memorable food or meal you've had in Idaho?
One of my fondest food memories in Idaho is from the Boise Farmers Market -- my go-to meal was a taco from The Funky Taco and a coffee from Form & Function, back before both had their brick and mortar locations.
