What are your favorite things about working with Project FARE?
Project FARE gives me the opportunity to talk to the fascinating people who make Idaho's food scene tick -- and ask them a thousand questions! I love having a platform to share those personal stories and talk about sustainable agriculture. I also appreciate that Project FARE gives writers like me the freedom to tell the stories we find most interesting and relevant to our local areas.

What Idaho restaurant (or coffee shop, bar, farm, etc.) would you recommend to Project FARE readers?
Slow by Slow (for pour over coffee) and Ansot's (for delicious Basque food)

What's a memorable food or meal you've had in Idaho?
I love attending the on-farm "Dinner in the Garden" at Waterwheel Gardens in Emmett every year. Last August, Chef Wiley Earl plated up a dish of creamed corn and mushrooms that I'm still thinking about.

Why should people follow and give to Project FARE?
Locally run, food-focused journalism is a rare and precious thing. Please support it before it disappears. (Plus, we'll tell you where to eat!)
